NEW OFFICIALS:

If you have never officiated for us, this page will explain how to register on the GameOfficials site - - an online program we use to assign referees to games.

NOTE: If you are already using GameOfficials with another assignor, there is no need to register again. Login to your account and enter our group number and access code to register with us. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us by email.

To register:

  1. Go to www.GameOfficlals.net. At the top left, click on "New Official?".
  2. Enter the Group Number of 1013 and the Access Code of 1013.
  3. Enter the information as presented; all fields in red are required including date of birth, email address and a username and password you can remember.
  4. Once you enter an email address, a password will be sent to your email to verify your identity.
  5. Proceed to fill out all of the information.

NOTE: We can NOT schedule you without phone numbers and at least one email address.

  • Phone numbers - please enter all contact phone numbers including home, work & cell so we can reach you when necessary. You can click PRIVATE on those phone numbers you don't want other referees to see. We highly suggest you don't click private on your cell phone so other officials you are officiating with can call you if necessary, especially the day of the game.
  • Email address(es) - please enter whatever email address(es) to where you want information sent. "Auto Emails" are those to where you want assignments and notices to be sent. Notices will include new assignments, cancelations, field or other game changes, etc. You can click PRIVATE on those email addresses you don't want other referees to see.
  • Mobile Notification - an option so you can have specified notifications sent to your phone; You can choose one or all 3 options of notification. You can change this at any time.
NOTE: IF YOU FAIL TO FILL IN THE FOLOWING 2 PREFERENCES, YOU WILL NOT SHOW UP AS AVAILABLE FOR ANY GAMES!
  1. Under My Preferences: Under 'working area preferences,' be sure to enter the geographic areas you are willing to work. (Without this information, you will NOT show up as available for any games.) Then be sure to click SAVE.
  2. Under My Availability: Enter the dates you are and are not available. (Without this information, you will NOT show up as available for games.)

TIPS:

My Availability

Each date must state whether you are or are not available and contain either a range for time or "All Day." If you do not give a date as available, the system will default to unavailable. If you know for sure that you will be unavailable for that date (such as a vacation), then please mark it as unavailable.

Remember, certain games (i.e.: Ft. Snelling games and sites with double headers) usually start at 6:00 pm - - so if you say you are not available before 6 pm, your name will not come up as available for me to schedule you for double headers and other games starting at that time. (You will need to uncheck the "All Day" box in order to put in available times.)

You can schedule one day at a time, a week at a time, a month at a time or specific days all at once (for example, if you're available for all Mondays). To complete an entire month, click on "Switch to Multiple Month Mode" and a date range will be available.

For a specific explanation of how to schedule or questions, click on "NEED HELP" on the availability page.

Start time for most games are at 6:30 pm for the men and 6:45 pm for the women.

My Preferences

Game Conflicts: Click on "+". This is where you will tell us if you have conflicts with teams or other referees.

Working Area Preferences: Click on "+". Click YES for all geographic areas you wish to officiate in for week-day games - what areas of the cities you can get to on-time during the week. This is important in scheduling.

Misc Preferences/Notes: Click on "+".

Please note that first year adult league referees will likely be given mostly AR positions, at least to start with. This is not personal. Also, if you are under 18, you will likely be assigned mostly AR positions.

If you have any questions about registration, email or call us.
